All RICHGRAND orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), ensuring fast, reliable shipping with full tracking on every order.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Amazon Prime: Eligible for free 1–2 day shipping on select products
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders through Amazon. Prime members enjoy free, fast shipping on most RICHGRAND products. Check the product listing for specific shipping options.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime through your Amazon account under Your Orders.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product — check the Amazon listing for details.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your RICHGRAND purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products should be in their original packaging
- Opened products may still be eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Go to Your Orders
- Find your RICHGRAND product and click Return or Replace Items
- Select a reason for the return
- Choose your preferred return method
- Print the return label and ship the item back
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? We're sorry about that! Please contact us immediately at avva.pot@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or full refund.
