30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your RICHGRAND product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products should be in their original packaging when possible
  • Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Request a Refund

Since all RICHGRAND orders are fulfilled through Amazon, returns and refunds are processed through your Amazon account:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account
  2. Navigate to Your Orders
  3. Find the RICHGRAND product you wish to return
  4. Click Return or Replace Items
  5. Select a reason for the return and follow the prompts
  6. Print the prepaid return label and ship the item back

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at avva.pot@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged/defective product

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been contaminated or tampered with.
